Mission Vision treats patients of all different ages both young and old who come from low income or disadvantaged communities. We often work with the homeless, elderly, unemployed, veterans, and school aged children who otherwise would not have access to the eye exams and treatments we provide.
Our exams are designed to both provide for an eyewear prescription, while screening for ocular eye diseases. We screen for Macular Degeneration, Color Blindness, Astigmatism, Glaucoma, etc. When we treat a patient at one of our clinics, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the joy on their face when given the gift of clear vision for the first time. At Mission Vision, we believe that healing happens not only physically, but see firsthand the emotional, mental, and spiritual restoration that restored vision brings.

We work hand in hand with organizations that are already serving in their communities by forming partnerships. These partners help us to organize our mobile eye clinics and provide life changing eye care to those who need it the most. If you are interested in becoming a partner, visit the contact page and send us an email!
Impact is a division of mission vision dedicated to providing for more basic needs. While Mission Vision primarily provides eyecare and much needed treatment to those in need, having the opportunity to serve a wider demographic, we have been able to see first-hand what people need in terms of donated supplies. Impact partners with various nonprofits, homeless shelters, and other organizations in the Pittsburgh area to supply those in need with food, shelter, basic supplies, and education opportunities.
